4th and 5th eMölkky Point bonus

I’ve been thinking a lot about accelerating fairness adjustments in the championships. And I came up with an idea:

players who have already completed at least 10 eMölkky matches should receive an additional reward for taking on opponents with a high eMAS.

My proposal looks like this:

1. if a player wins while having an eMAS lower than half of the opponent’s eMAS, their win points are doubled (×2).
2. If the winner’s eMAS is lower than one third of the opponent’s eMAS, their win points are tripled (×3).

Having a "handicap" system for scoring sounds like an interesting idea to try, they still after all have to win the match to earn those extra points and would give them more hope in being able to climb the leader board
